No. Many clients are absentee or seasonal homeowners. We can coordinate access through keys, lockboxes, gate codes, smart locks, or property managers.
Yes. Vendor access and supervision is available as part of select memberships or as an hourly concierge service.
Yes, emergency response is available based on availability and conditions. Membership clients receive priority.
Salt & Stone can support vacation rental properties with maintenance, inspections, vendor access, and urgent repair coordination. Full rental management can be added later if desired.
