Estimates and Service Pricing

Estimates are based on visible conditions and information provided at the time of review. Pricing may change if concealed damage, additional labor, materials, specialty equipment, travel, after-hours service, or third-party vendor costs are discovered.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for larger projects, special-order materials, or recurring membership services.

Memberships

Membership services are subject to a separate Client Service Agreement. Monthly plans, inclusions, visit frequency, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing.

Emergency and Storm Services

Emergency and storm response services are subject to availability, weather conditions, road access, safety limitations, and local restrictions. Salt & Stone Estate Care may decline or delay service when conditions are unsafe.

Third-Party Vendors

When requested, Salt & Stone may coordinate with third-party contractors or vendors. Salt & Stone is not responsible for third-party workmanship, delays, pricing, warranties, or damages caused by outside providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salt & Stone Estate Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, service delays, severe weather events, property conditions, or third-party performance.

Intellectual Property

All branding, text, images, and website materials are owned by or licensed to Salt & Stone Estate Care and may not be copied or reused without permission.
